Metal Recyclers

Each secondary metals recycler shall obtain from the sheriff of each county in which such secondary metals recycler's fixed sites are located a permit to purchase nonferrous metals. The sheriff shall issue the permit to the secondary metals recycler if the secondary metals recycler has a fixed site located in the sheriff's county.
