Cash Management

The Cash Management Division is responsible for all operating and investment cash accounts owned by the city as well as certain cash receiving transactions. Treasury functions include the verification, coding, receipting, and daily depositing of all revenues for various funds. Other Cash Management functions include bank relations and account reconciliation, distribution of payroll, issuance of solid waste permits, and the investment and cash management of surplus funds.
