Security Operations

The Security Operations Division safeguards the Columbus Consolidated Government by developing, implementing, and enhancing cybersecurity strategies that align with Federal and State standards, including NIST and CIS frameworks. This division proactively supports organizational security by guiding IT projects, performing risk assessments, and creating policies to minimize threats and maximize resilience. Through budget planning, strategic funding, incident response leadership, and ongoing security monitoring, the Security Operations team ensures robust protection and empowers all CCG users to make informed cybersecurity decisions.
