Do you think that you may have left a personal item on a METRA bus or at METRA's Transfer Center? If so, please contact our Lost and Found Office. Please be prepared to give a detailed description of the item you may have lost.

If you lose something...

Report it immediately to Lost & Found at 706-225-4673 or go to the Transfer Center, located at METRA's Campus. Be prepared to give a detailed description of the item you lost. Lost items are kept 30 days. After 30 days, the items will be donated to charity.

If you find something...

Immediately turn the item you found over to a Bus Operator. You can also take found items to Lost and Found, located at METRA's Transfer Center.
