To Receive a Request in Person

This is the best option to expedite your request.

  • Copies can be requested from a deputy clerk or by using a public research terminal.
  • A standard copy is $1.00 per page.
  • A certified or exemplified copy is $2.50 for the 1st page plus $0.50 for each additional page.
  • Accepted forms of payment - cash, money order, business check, Apple & Google Pay*, American Express*, Discover*, Mastercard* & Visa* credit and debit cards.
    *A 3.5% fee will be appended to your payment.
  • The Office of the Clerk of Superior & State Courts is located at 100 10th Street on the 2nd floor of the Government Center, Tower.
  • Please be aware that you will be required to go through a security screening process when entering the government center.
