Georgia Crime Victims' Compensation

Our office employs one Victim Advocate that is specialized in assisting victims, families, and their dependents complete and submit an application with the necessary documents.

This Advocate may also assist the victim and family with obtaining documents, such as: Employment Verification, Pay Stubs, Work Release Form, Serious Mental and Emotional Trauma Form, etc.

This Advocate may assist during an appeal process, if necessary.

Onsite Counseling

In April 2019 our office started offering Onsite Counseling to those in immediate crisis, those with denied compensation application, those with crimes that are not covered by compensation, or those victimized in another state.

This opportunity is free of charge but by approval and appointment only. Please contact us at (706) 653-4426 for scheduling and approval.
