The suggested method for submitting forms to our office is to download the forms to a computer and fill them out. You will need to have a PDF reader, such as Adobe's free PDF reader, installed on the computer. Once the forms are completed, you can email them directly to the Victim Witness Office by attaching the forms to an email and sending it to victimwitness@columbusga.org.
