Municipal Court Filing Fees

Effective January 1, 2015, pursuant to O.C.G.A. § 15-23-7, and a Superior Court order dated June 2, 2016, an additional $3.00 will be imposed for fee that funds the administration of alternative dispute programs for Muscogee County Courts. This increases the Municipal Court Civil filing fees by $3.00. There are no changes to any other civil court fee or cost.
